The Golden Hour Knock

Description
You know that light...that perfect, warm glow about an hour before sunset. I was walking through Stouffville when I heard that unmistakable drumming. It took me a minute to spot this Red-bellied Woodpecker, so perfectly camouflaged against the bark. It was completely absorbed, peeking into a hollow it was working on. The warm light filtering through the canopy lit up the scene perfectly. It felt less like I was a photographer and more like a quiet observer of a master at work.
